摘要:
笔者通过应用基于局部放电的超高频、超声波以及SF6气体分解产物的声—电—化联合检测方法,分析了一起GIS断路器气室内自由金属颗粒放电缺陷,阐述了超高频检测下对自由金属颗粒的判别,超声波对自由金属颗粒缺陷定位的优势,又根据SF6气体分解产物检测到的特征气体对自由金属颗粒来源进行判断,最终通过解体检查以及机械开断试验最终确定断路器弧触头在分合过程中存在机械磨损,是产生自由金属颗粒的根本原因。
Abstract:
Combined acoustic-electric-chemical detection of partial discharge(PD), including ultrasonic, ultra-high frequency(UHF), and SF6 gas decomposition product detection techniques, was adopted to detect a GIS PD defect caused by free metal particles in the gas chamber of a current breaker. The judgement of metal particles in UHF monitoring and the advantage of ultrasonic detection in locating GIS PD defect were discussed. Subsequently, the source of the free metal particles was identified according to the characteristic gas detected from SF6 gas decomposition products. Disassembly examination and mechanical switching test validated that mechanical abrasion of the arc contacts happened during their switching process to produce the free metal particles in gas chamber of current breaker.
