配电系统双电源自动投切环网柜就是一种能够在两路电源(常用电源与备用电源)之间进行可靠切换、以保证连续对负载供电 的环网柜,当对常用电源检测到异常(欠压、过压、断相和失压等)时,双电源自动投切环网柜能自动切换到备用电源,使负载快速恢 复供电。文中介绍了基于XGN15-12(F)/T630-20负荷开关柜研制的一种双电源自动投切环网柜,首先介绍了浙江省电力公司“三双” 接线模式对柜内配置的要求;其次,阐述了环网柜双电源自动投切的基本接线、系统构成、电气和机械闭锁原理以及自动投切装置的 工作原理和技术路线;然后,分析了实际工程应用中出现的问题并提出了改进措施。产品投运2年多,运行正常,没有出现误动现象, 说明双电源自动投切环网柜可实现无人值守条件下快速的故障诊断、故障切除和备自投,提高了供电恢复速度,缩短停电时间,提高 了供电可靠性。
Abstract:
The dual power automatic switching ring main unit of distribution network can switch reliably between two sources (common power and standby power) to ensure continuous power supply. When the abnormal common power is detected (undervoltage, overvoltage, phase failure and loss of voltage), the dual power automatic switch-ing ring main unit can automatically switch to standby power to rapidly recover the power supply. This paper presents a dual power automatic switching ring main unit based on XGN15-12(F)/T630-20 load switch unit: First-ly, the configuration requirements for wiring are stated; Secondly, the wiring, configuration, principle of elec-trical and mechanical locking and principle of automatic switching devices are analyzed; Then, the issues and measures involved in application are discussed. Finally, the two-year operating experience show that, the double power supply automatic switching ring main unit can realize fast fault diagnosis, fault clearance and stand-by switch automatically in unattended condition, which greatly improve the power recovery rate, shorten the pow-er outage time, improve the reliability of power supply.
