摘要:
摘要:变压器绝缘油中往往含有腐蚀性硫化物,而其会对油纸绝缘系统绝缘强度造成一定损伤,进而诱发局部放电的产生。为研究腐蚀性硫化物对变压器油纸绝缘局部放电影响,在实验室条件下利用多种腐蚀性硫化物(二苄基二硫、二苄基硫醚、正十二硫醇)对变压器新油进行污染,将污染过后的绝缘油与绕组试样置入真空老化箱中,在140 ℃下进行加速热老化试验,定期取样进行局部放电测试,探究不同硫化物组合对放电特征参数的影响规律。结果表明:被腐蚀性硫化物污染过的试样,其局部放电强度更大,各放电参数整体上都随着S元素浓度上升而增大,不同硫化物的组合对放电过程的影响具有差异。分析认为,在绕组试样的硫腐蚀过程中,不同硫化物也与环境中的不同应力协作劣化油纸试样的绝缘性能,导致在不同硫化物作用下绕组中不同部位绝缘强度存在差异,进而造成不同硫化物作用下局部放电的发展过程有所不同。
Abstract:
Transformer insulating oils often contain corrosive sulfides, which can cause damage to the oil-paper insulation systems and induces partial discharge. In order to study the effect of corrosive sulfides on the partial discharge of transformer oil paper insulation, a variety of corrosive sulfides (dibenzyl dithiol, dibenzyl sulfide and lauryl dodecyl mercaptan) were used to contaminate transformer oil under laboratory conditions. The oil and wind samples were placed in a vacuum aging chamber and accelerated thermal aging tests were performed at 140 °C. Samples were periodically taken for partial discharge testing and relevant characteristic parameters were collected. The results show that: The specimens that have been contaminated by corrosive sulfides have high partial discharge intensities. As a whole, the discharge parameters increase as the concentration of S elements increases. The effect of the combination of different sulfides on the discharge process is different. According to the analysis, during the sulfur corrosion, different sulfides also work with the different stresses in the environment to degrade the insulation performance of the oil paper samples, under different sulphides, there are differences in the dielectric strength of different parts of the group, the development of partial discharge is different.
