摘要:
针对低压直流系统用直流变换器,文中提出一种利用相量图进行LLC谐振变换器参数设 计的方法。在介绍LLC谐振变换器的基本工作原理之后,采用基波分析法,得到变换器的基波 等效电路;然后,通过相量图表现变换器中各变量的关系,以此说明变换器增益范围对励磁电 感和谐振电容取值的限制要求;最后,结合谐振电容选型和变换器效率特性等因素,利用最低 开关频率与谐振电容峰值电压和谐振电流的关系,方便地确定最低开关频率和其它电路参数的 设计值。
Abstract:
In this paper, a method of parameter design of LLC converter based on vector diagram is presented. After briefly introducing the basic working principle of LLC resonant converter, the fundamental equivalent circuit of LLC resonant converter is obtained by fundamental wave analysis method. Then, the relationship between the variables in the converter is expressed by vector diagram, which explains the restriction of the gain range of the converter on the values of excitation inductance and resonant capacitance. Finally, combining with resonance , the restriction of excitation inductance and resonant capacitance is explained. The relationship between the lowest switching frequency and the peak voltage of resonant capacitor and the resonant current is used to determine the lowest switching frequency and other circuit parameters conveniently.
