摘要:
内充干燥空气的环保充气柜,绿色环保,是近几年的发展趋势之一。三工位隔离开关 是该环保充气柜中的主要核心元件之一。为确保开关柜断电与接通的可靠运行,三工位隔离开 关的可靠到位至关重要。文中针对环保充气柜,从机构传动和联锁装置两方面出发,通过增加 双操作轴及相关联锁的方法,设计了一种12 kV环保充气柜用三工位隔离开关操作机构,实现 隔离开关的隔离、导通和接地三个工位的灵活切换。该装置操作可靠、安全性高,并已广泛应 用于XGNA-12型环保充气柜。
Abstract:
Three-position isolating switch is one of the core components in the green gas-insulated switchgear. To ensure reliable switching of the switchgear, an operating mechanism of three-position isolating switch was redesigned for the 12 kV green gas-insulated switchgear by adding double operating shafts and associated interlock. The improved isolating switch could implement agile switching among three working positions of isolating, closing and grounding. This kind of isolating switches has been applied to XGNA-12 green gas-insulated switchgears, demonstrating high reliability and safety.
