摘要:
断路器动作过程中的分/合闸电磁铁线圈电流包含了丰富的断路器状态信息,且线圈电 流具有采集方式简单、易于分析且重复性较好的特点;在对线圈电流划分为4个阶段基础上, 文中提出一种更加全面的利用线圈电流信息的特征提取方法;试验模拟了5种断路器故障,利 用支持向量机建立断路器故障诊断模型,并利用上述方法进行了诊断,结果表明,该方法可以 更加准确有效地诊断断路器机械故障。
Abstract:
The current of the electromagnet coil during the operation of circuit breaker contains a wealth of circuit breaker status information, and the coil current has the characteristics of simple collection, easy analysis and good reproducibility. In this paper, after the coil current is divided into four stages, a new fault diagnosis method based on coil current of circuit breaker is proposed; Five failures of circuit breaker are simulated, then a fault diagnosis model of circuit breaker based on the support vector machine is established and the results show that the method can realize the mechanical fault diagnosis of circuit breaker more accurately and effectively.
