摘要:
合闸电阻在断路器合闸过程中用以抑制合闸涌流、操作过电压,主要应用在800 kV及以上电压等级输电线路与换流变电站交流滤波器场,其中交流滤波器场特殊应用环境导致合闸电阻故障率高。通过断路器合闸过程中的暂态波形分析、声振信号检测、物理场仿真等方法对一起合闸电阻缺陷引起的断路器运行异常进行分析,并给出导致合闸电阻异常原因,通过返厂解体验证了所采用分析方法的正确性。最后,对带合闸电阻结构断路器存在的潜在缺陷提出相应改善措施,以避免断路器运行过程中气隙击穿事故发生。
Abstract:
Pre-insertion resistors (PIR) are used to suppress the closing inrush current or the operating overvoltage during the closing of the circuit breakers. It is mainly used in the AC filter field of converter stations and transmission lines with rated voltage 800 kV and above. Its special application environment causes its failure rate to be relatively high than other electrical components. Through the transient waveform analysis, acoustic vibration signal detection, physical field simulation and other methods during the closing process of the circuit breaker, the abnormal operation of the circuit breaker caused by the defect of the PIR is analyzed, and the reasons for the abnormal PIR are given. The correctness of the analysis method is verified by returning to the factory for disassembly. Finally, corresponding improvement measures were proposed for the potential defects of the series PIR and the shunt PIR to avoid air gap breakdown during the operation of the circuit breaker.
