摘要:
地铁接触网覆冰会导致受电弓无法正常取流,甚至导致受电弓的损害或断裂,严重影响地铁的安全运行,而直流融冰是消除接触网覆冰的最好方案。文中首先分析了全桥MMC型直流融冰装置的工作原理,然后给出了直流融冰装置的主电路参数与控制策略的设计方法,最后设计了一台额定容量6 MW、额定电压3 kV的直流融冰装置,可以同时融冰40 km的上下行接触网。同时搭建了PSCAD模型,仿真结果表明文中设计的直流融冰装置可以满足地铁接触网的融冰的需求,并且可以零电流升流、电流谐波小、桥臂环流小、模组间电容电压均衡度好。
Abstract:
The icing of subway catenary will cause the pantograph unable to take current normally, or even cause the damage or fracture of the pantograph, which will seriously affect the safe operation of the subway. DC ice-melting is the best way to eliminate the icing of subway catenary. This paper firstly analyzes the working principle of the full-bridge MMC type DC ice-melting device, then gives the design method of the main circuit parameters and control strategy of the DC ice-melting device, and finally designs a dc ice-melting device with rated capacity of 6 MW and rated voltage of 3 kV, which can melt ice of 40 km uplink and downlink catenary at the same time. Meanwhile, the PSCAD simulation system is built. The simulation results show that the DC ice-melting device designed in this paper can meet the ice-melting demand of the subway catenary, and can be used for zero current rising, low current harmonic, small bridge arm circulation and good inter-module capacitive voltage balance.
