摘要:
为了满足经济高质量发展的需求,中国电网正由高速发展向高质量发展转型,对构成电网基础的高压电器设备质量提出了更高的要求。绝大多数高压电器产品均通过了型式试验验证,但在实际电网运行中,供货产品与型式试验样机关键件不一致且所更换的关键件性能质量不满足要求是造成运行事故的原因之一。产品认证是国际通行的质量控制手段,用于对供货产品质量满足标准或规范要求提供第三方证明,但目前尚未在高压电器产品领域普及。文中从产品认证角度,分析和探讨如何在高压电器产品制造行业引入产品认证技术,并利用层次分析法(AHP)对影响质量的各因素进行评测比较,以对供货产品提供相对客观合理的认证结果。
Abstract:
In order to meet the needs of high-quality economic development, China’s power grid is transforming from high-speed development to high-quality development, which puts forward higher requirements for the quality of high-voltage electrical equipment that forms the basis of the power grid. The vast majority of high-voltage electrical equipment have passed the type test verification, but in the actual operation of the power grid, one of the reasons for the operation accident is that the supplied products are inconsistent with the key parts of the type test object and the performance and quality of the replaced key parts do not meet the requirements. Product certification is an internationally accepted means of quality control, which is used to provide third-party certification for the quality of supplied products to meet the requirements of standards or specifications, but it has not been widely used in the field of high-voltage electrical equipment. From the perspective of product certification, this paper analyzes and discusses how to introduce product certification technology into high-voltage electrical equipment manufacturing industry, and uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to evaluate and compare the factors affecting the quality, so as to provide relatively objective and reasonable certification results.
