为提升干式空心电抗器支撑体系的稳定性,保证支柱绝缘子尽可能多地承受抗压载荷、减少受弯载荷,文中提出了一种基于力矩平衡原理的支柱绝缘子安装节径设计方法。首先将主体线圈沿中轴线进行对半切割,以对半切割后的主体线圈为研究对象,将线圈各包封铺平展开,然后利用力矩平衡原理计算安装节径值。通过比较三维建模软件质心特性与力矩平衡原理计算节径值的差异,分析了气道撑条结构对安装节径值的影响。以某型号特高压干式空心电抗器为例,采用有限元仿真计算方法,分别计算了自重作用与地震作用下支柱绝缘子的弯矩,验证该理论预测方法的有效性。结果表明,自重作用下,本文提出的安装节径定位方法具有较高的精度;地震作用下,该定位方法的理论预测值与仿真计算值存在微小偏差,基于模态分析方法,识别了存在微小偏差的原因,为后续进一步优化提供了参考方向。
To enhance the stability of the support system for dry-type air-core reactors and ensure that the post insulators can withstand compressive loads as much as possible while reducing bending loads
a method of positioning the installation diameter of post insulators based on the principle of moment balance is presented. Firstly
the main coil is cut in half along the central axis
taking the main coil after the half cut as the research object
the coil is spread out
and then the moment equilibriums theory is used to calculate the installation diameter. By comparing the differences in calculated values between the centroid characteristics of 3D modeling software and the moment equilibriums theory
the influence of spreader bar on the installation diameter value is analyzed. Taking a type of UHV dry-type air-core reactor as the research object
the finite element simulation method is used to check the validity of the proposed method under the action of dead weight and earthquake respectively. The results show that under the effect of dead load
the theoretical prediction values based on the moment equilibriums theory proposed in this paper have high accuracy. Under the action of earthquakes
there is a slight deviation between the theoretical prediction values and simulated values by FEM. Based on modal calculations
the reasons for the slight deviation were further analyzed
providing a reference direction for subsequent optimization.
