高压侧同期方式抽水蓄能电站断路器操作频繁,同期解列尤其是抽水停机时,切断一定的感性负荷电流,易对断路器绝缘性能产生影响,威胁电站安全运行。基于某高压侧同期方式抽水蓄能电站发生的断路器击穿事故,分析断路器绝缘受损的机理。采用ATP-EMTP电磁暂态仿真软件,对发电机抽水工况下断路器开断时的暂态过程进行仿真,分析断路器不同开断时刻电弧重燃及断口过电压情况,断路器发生多次重燃对断口绝缘产生危害。提高断路器开断速度可以降低重燃次数,但不能有效改善断路器重燃时冲击电流过大的问题。最后提出了安装避雷器及提高断路器电压等级的重燃过电压抑制措施,对高压侧同期方式抽水蓄能电站的安全运行提供参考。
On the high-voltage side
the circuit breaker in synchronous pumped storage power station is frequently operated
during the simultaneous disconnection
especially when the pumping is shut down
cut-off of certain inductive load current probably affects the insulation performance of the circuit breaker and threatens the safe operation of the power station. Based on a breakdown accident of circuit breaker in a high voltage side synchronous pumped storage power station
the mechanism of circuit breaker insulation damage is analyzed. The ATP-EMTP electromagnetic transient simulation software is introduced to simulate the transient process of circuit breaker when it is broken under the pumping condition of the generator
analyzing the situations of arc reignition and overvoltage at different opening times of the circuit breaker
and the hazards posed to the insulation of the circuit breaker by multiple reignitions. It is found that increasing the breaking speed of the circuit breaker can reduce the reignition times
but can not effectively improve the excessive impulse current during reignition. So it is concluded that to install surge arresters
suppress reignition overvoltage
and increase the voltage level of the circuit breaker
are proposed to enhance the safety operation of high-voltage side synchronous pumping stations.
