电力系统中大量可再生清洁能源的引入在带来电能高效利用的同时也对系统控制与保护用直流断路器提出了新要求,尤其在光伏发电领域中光伏发电系统电压等级的攀升导致光伏发电用直流断路器需要承受更高的电压(>1 500 V),混合式直流断路器的出现解决了高电压下难分断的问题。在混合式直流断路器中IGBT的快速响应为直流开断快速性提供了基础,而直流微型断路器作为机械开关时能够在分断过程中使得电弧电压较短时间内上升至IGBT导通电压实现换流。通过在DC 1 000 V系统中验证混合式直流断路器的开断迅速的优势后,仿真预测了这种混合式直流断路器在DC 1 500 V系统中的开断特性,在对比电弧能量后进一步体现了混合式直流断路器的开断优势。混合式直流断路器的研究对低压系统的控制与保护提供了思路。
The introduction of a large number of renewable clean energy in the power system not only facilitates efficient utilization of electric energy
but also imposes new requirements on DC circuit breakers for system control and protection. This is particularly evident in the field of photovoltaic power generation
where the increasing voltage levels of photovoltaic systems necessitate DC circuit breakers capable of handling higher voltages (>1 500 V). The emergence of hybrid DC circuit breakers has addressed the challenge of breaking circuits operating at high voltages. The fast response of IGBT in the hybrid DC circuit breaker forms the foundation for rapid DC breaking. Meanwhile
the DC miniature circuit breaker
functioning as a mechanical switch
quickly raises the arc voltage to the conduction voltage of the IGBT during the breaking process to achieve commutation. After verifying the rapid breaking advantage of the hybrid DC circuit breaker in the DC 1 000 V system
simulations and predictions were conducted to assess their breaking characteristics in DC 1 500 V systems. By comparing arc energy
the superior breaking performance of hybrid DC circuit breakers was further demonstrated. The research on hybrid DC circuit breakers presents a promising approach for control and protection in low-voltage systems.
