在常规电容式电压互感器(CVT)的分压器低压端串接电容

实现谐波数据准确测量已被证实是一种可行技术,探求其误差特性并提出优化控制措施,对其工程应用具有重要意义。文中针对此类新型CVT,开展了其结构和误差特性分析。首先明确了二次绕组与谐波测量部分间的相互影响,由此获知分压器电容量偏差和谐波测量端负荷为影响其谐波测量端误差特性的关键参量,在此基础之上提出了谐波测量端的误差控制方法,最后通过试验验证了新型CVT的性能满足电网谐波监测要求、所提误差改进措施有效。在衡水110 kV怀甫站进行的挂网运行情况表明,该新型CVT运行平稳、获取的谐波监测数据准确有效。文中的研究结果为今后开展该类CVT的设计和使用奠定了技术基础。

at the low voltage end of the conventional capacitor voltage transformer is a feasible method for accurate measurement of harmonic data. It is of great significance for its application to explore its error characteristics. In this paper
the structure and frequency response characteristics of it are analyzed. The interaction between the secondary winding and the harmonic measurement is clarified. On this basis
the capacity deviation of voltage divider and the load of harmonic measuring terminal are put forward as the key parameters which affect the error characteristics of harmonic measuring terminal. The error control measures are given and the results show that its performance meets the requirements of harmonic monitoring and the error improvement measures is effective. The operation of the new CVT in 110 kV Huaifu substation of Hengshui shows that it runs smoothly and the harmonic monitoring data obtained by it is accurate and effective. The research results provide technical support for the design and application of this kind of products.
