为了解决单相接地故障处理存在高阻故障判断盲区的技术难题,对接地故障发生时三相电流变化增量进行研究。从理论分析和10 kV真型模拟试验两方面入手,分析单相接地故障网络,研究接地故障点前后三相电流变化增量的特征,结合10 kV真型模拟试验数据、提出完整判据,创新了一种采用三相电流的稳态变化量来判断单相接地故障方法。该方法通过多种类型10 kV真型单相接地故障试验,证明其能够对单相接地故障准确选相选线和故障定段,并具有精准判断高阻接地故障的技术优势,可普遍适用于中性点不接地、经消弧线圈和小电阻接地系统。
In order to solve the technical problem of high resistance fault blind zone in single-phase grounding fault treatment,the three-phase current variation increment during grounding fault is studied. Starting with theoretical analysis and 10 kV real model simulation test,the paper analyzes the single-phase grounding fault network and studies the characteristics of three-phase current increment before and after the grounding fault point,based on the data of 10 kV real-model Simulation Test,the complete criterion is put forward,a new method of single-phase-to-ground fault diagnosis by using the steady-state variation of three-phase current is proposed. This method is proved to be able to select the phase line and locate the fault segment accurately and to have the technical advantages of accurately judging the high impedance grounding fault through the tests of various types of 10 kV true single-phase grounding fault,it can be widely used in neutral non-earthing,arc suppression coil and small resistance earthing system.
