随着变电站智能化改造的深入,操作模式正逐步向高效、安全的“一键顺控”转变。然而,实现这一模式的关键在于对隔离开关分合闸状态的精准判断。当前,隔离开关分合闸状态的检测方法存在成本高、适用范围窄等问题。为解决这些挑战并推动变电站的智能化运维,本文研究了图像识别技术中的模板匹配算法,实现了隔离开关状态的快速、准确识别与检测。通过引入积分图和图像金字塔技术,对归一化互相关模板匹配算法进行了加速,使得单张图像的检测时间大幅缩短至0.038秒,同时保持了98%的高准确率。进一步,提出了一种基于边缘特征的模板匹配算法,将检测时间进一步压缩至0.015秒,且准确率稳定在95%以上。最终,设计并实现了一套高效的隔离开关分合闸检测系统,为变电站的智能化运维提供了有力支持。
With the in-depth intelligent transformation of substations
the operation mode is gradually shifting towards the efficient and safe "one-click sequential control". However
the key to achieving this mode lies in the precise determination of the open/closed status of disconnect switches. Currently
the detection methods for the open/closed status of disconnect switches suffer from issues such as high costs and a narrow scope of application. To address these challenges and promote intelligent operation and maintenance of substations
this paper investigates the template matching algorithm within image recognition technology
enabling rapid and accurate identification and detection of disconnect switch statuses. By incorporating integral image and image pyramid techniques
the normalized cross-correlation template matching algorithm is accelerated
significantly reducing the detection time for a single image to 0.038 seconds while maintaining a high accuracy rate of 98%. Furthermore
a template matching algorithm based on edge features is proposed
further compressing the detection time to 0.015 seconds with an accuracy rate consistently above 95%. Ultimately
an efficient detection system for the open/closed status of disconnect switches is designed and implemented
providing robust support for the intelligent operation and maintenance of substations.
