摘要

对一起因主变中性点接地隔离开关接触不良、当线路单相接地时造成变电站草坪着火的事故过程作了简要说明

对事故原因从技术原理、设备选型、检修试验、运行管理等方面进行了认真地分析

从而得出"不可忽视主变中性点接地隔离开关运行管理"的结论

并提出了有针对性的防范措施

以避免类似事故重复发生。

Abstract

This paper introduces the process of substation lawn firecaused by single-phase-to-ground lines due to bad contact of main transformer neutral point earthing isolated switch

and analyzes the causes of the accident including principle

equipment selection

maintenance test

operation management

etc.It is concluded that attention should be paid to the operation management of main transformer neutral point earthing isolated switch.In addition

corresponding preventive measures are proposed to avoid similar accidents.
