且波动范围较大
为达到调节准确、减小对电网的冲击、节省能源的目的
在SO2风机中采用了高压变频调速技术。从3个方面论述了变频调速的技术方案的优缺点
从高压变频调速系统的工作原理、系统结构、控制系统组成等方面阐述了高压变频器的技术特点
从而论证了高压变频器在使用中的优越性及显著的节电效果。
Abstract
For the frequent and extensive fluctuation of system gas flow in the process of production
high-voltage frequency speed control technique is used for SO2 fan to adjust precisely
reduce impact on power network and to save energy.The paper discussed relative merits of frequency control schemes from three aspects and elaborated the technical characteristics of high-voltage frequency converter from aspects of work philosophy
systematic structure and composition of control system to demonstrate the superiority and remarkable energy saving effect of high-voltage frequency converter in application.
