摘要

介绍和分析了2008年5月8日某220 kV变电站断路器故障的情况。故障录波、解体检查和仿真计算表明

故障原因为雷击引起的断路器断口绝缘击穿

并提出了相应的反事故措施:对于220 kV线路

无论是否热备用

建议在线路侧装设氧化锌避雷器;积极开展断路器灭弧室内部缺陷试验方法研究。

Abstract

This paper introduces and analyzes the failure of a 220 kV circuit-breaker in a 220 kV substation on May 8

2008.According to the fault recording、disassembly inspection and simulation calculation

it is found that the failure reason is CB insulation breakdown caused by lightning strike

and appropriates countermeasures are put forward.It suggests that a lightning impulse arrester should be installed at the line side whether it is hot standby or not

and research on testing method of arc-quenching chamber internal defects should be developed.
