摘要

硅橡胶由于其独特的化学键和结构

具有耐高、低温性

憎水性

憎水迁移性

憎水恢复性

耐漏电起痕性和抗电蚀损性

电绝缘性等诸多优异性能

在高压线路中已得到应用。系统地论述了用于高电压硅橡胶绝缘子材料所应具备的性质、作用机理

及其在高电压中的应用。今年的雪灾使南方大部分高压输电线路出现覆冰和断电等严重事故

对国民经济造成了重大损失

其部分原因是由于在低温的气候条件下硅橡胶的耐寒性和憎水性尚存不足所致

为了使硅橡胶绝缘子材料在高压输电线路上更广泛应用

改善和提高硅橡胶的耐寒性和憎水性是摆在业界面前的重大课题

有待于进一步深入研究和解决。

Abstract

Silicone rubber has been widely used in high voltage transmission line.This paper discusses the demanded properties of silicone rubber of the insulators for high voltage transmission lines

and the working mechanisms and applications.The snow disaster happened in this year resulted in lots of high voltage transmission lines suffering such severe accidents as ice-cover and power-cut.The accidents can partly be attributed to the lower cold resistance and hydrophobicity of the silicone rubber of insulators at the low temperature.Therefore

further investigation and improvement of the silicone rubber of insulators are vital for wider and better application of this material in high transmission lines.
