重点介绍了基于缺陷测量特征的新型超声诊断技术以及国内外的诊断经验。现场实际测量表明
基于测量特征的超声诊断技术对自由颗粒、振动、悬浮电位等GIS设备内部缺陷产生的局放信号进行分析
具有较高灵敏度而且能对壳体上和导体上的缺陷进行定位的特点。
Abstract
This paper summarizes the internal faults of GIS equipment
describes the principle of ultrasonic diagnosis
and introduces the application of a new GIS ultrasonic insulation measuring device in ultrasonic diagnosis.It lays emphasis on a new fault measuring characteristics based ultrasonic diagnosis technology for internal default of GIS equipment as well as the application experience both at home and abroad.Field diagnostic results demonstrate that this new technology is highly sensitive to the partial discharge signals caused by free particles

floating potential
etc.in GIS equipment
and it can locate the faults on shell and conductor.
