笔者列举了5起交接试验时变压器阻抗电压与铭牌值相比偏差超过注意值的案例

分析了超标原因

介绍了投运前绕组移位、变形判定过程

提出了其电抗法判定原则及对新变压器加强全过程技术监督管理的建议。

Abstract

Five cases are discussed

where the deviation between the voltage on impedance and the voltage on nameplate exceeds the specified range in short circuit impendence measuring during acceptance tests of the transformers.The causes of the deviation are analyzed

and the diagnosis procedures of the winding shift and deformation before transformer operation are introduced.In addition

the judging principle of the reactance method is proposed

and some suggestions about entire inspection and management for new transformers are offered.
