在消化、吸收国外先进技术的基础上

针对国内GIS电缆终端的技术现状

对产品结构进行了全新优化、整合

开发出了YJZGG-64/110型干式GIS（变压器）交联聚乙烯电缆终端

其为纯干式增强型应力锥钻结构。利用有限元软件对其内部结构进行了设计

相对缩短了环氧套管的轴向尺寸

设计紧凑

无油

无气。100%出厂试验证明

该产品可靠性高

安装简便

迎合了两网改造"无油

无气"的市场需求

具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract

Based on investigating the foreign advance technology and domestic current state of cable terminal for insulation switchgear（transformer）

the product structure was optimized.The type YJZGG-64/110 XLPE cable terminal for dry GIS had been developed with structure pure-dry enhanced and stress taper drill.The inside structure was designed by using finite-element software.This design shortened the axial size of bushing

and it was compact without oil or gas.The routine test results show that the product have high reliability and easy assembled.
