摘要

从固体对水分的吸附出发

分析了SF6设备中水分的形态

对湿度的现场测量进行了分析

测量数据采用统计方法对SF6气体绝缘进行了评价。结果表明

温度对SF6气体湿度测量有很大的影响

应用标准时应将湿度测量数据校正到20℃时。

Abstract

Based on the solid material adsorbing the moisture content

SF6 gas humidity in gas enclosed apparatus was analyzed.The analysis of the moisture content was carried out on site.The SF6 gas insulation was evaluated by using the statistical method on obtained data.The result shows that the temperature greatly influenced on the measure value of SF6 gas humidity.According to the standard

the humidity value should be adjusted to the value of 20 ℃.
