摘要

某厂500 kV主变压器

采用三相组式变压器

2004年12月16日

2号主变B相变压器油色谱出现总烃含量偏高事件

根据2号B相变压器吊罩后的全面检查和试验

对可能存在的故障模式逐项进行罗列和分析

对各种故障模式发生的可能性高低程度进行了排列

并对可能的故障原因进行了论证

提出了造成这起设备异常事件最可能的原因

并给出了建议性改进措施。

Abstract

The acetglene of a 500 kV 3-phase main transfermer in one factory is detected in the oil chromatogram in phaseB.After the cover of the transformer is removed

the overall checkup and testing are carried out

and the possible fault modes have been listed and analyzed.Through analyzing item by item

the probability level degrees of the various fault modes are arranged.The causes of faults are demonstrated

and the most possible reason caused this transformer abnormal incident is put forward.The improvement measure is proposed.
