To the issues of the isolation between the primary side and the second side of the electronic voltage transformer

a new photoelectric isolation circuit was designed to separate secondary circuit components from high voltage part effectively by using integrated operation amplifier and some other separate components.Simulation and experiments indicate that this circuit has good characteristics and is worth promoting.
