Nitric monoxide(NO)is receiving great attention as a new cure for acute respiratory distress syndrome.In this experimental study
the variation characteristic of Nitric monoxide(produced by pulsed arc discharge)
under the conditions of various magnitude and direction of the air flow rate
has been confirmed.The results show that the concentration of NO depends significantly on magnitude and direction of the air flow rate.Inhaled nitric oxide for clinical applications can be adjusted by changing magnitude and direction of the air flow rate.In all cases
NO2 can be effectively removed using the NO2-NO catalyst.
