摘要

提供一种高压变频器中IGCT半导体器件的快熔保护方案

在建立快熔模型基础上

详细分析快熔保护系统在逆变器直通故障下对系统的影响以及保护作用。对比了matlab仿真结果和简化电路。计算结果证明

提出的简化保护计算的有效性

同时说明了这种IGCT保护方法的正确性。

Abstract

IGCT （Integrated Gate Commutated Thyristors） is a new power electronic device

with the features of high power and low losses and other superiority compared with GTO. So

IGCT is applied in the high voltage and high power inverters. Schemes of fuse protection for IGCT in inverter is provided in this paper. Based on fuse models

influence of fuse protection on inverter during "DC shoot through" fault is analyzed in details.
