摘要

研究了平板-平板电极、多针-平板电极和筛网电极3种电极结构DBD的放电特性

通过测量电压-电流波形图及放电发光图比较了它们的区别

并从放电机理角度对实验结果作了解释。结果表明:平板-平板电极DBD表现为稳定的细丝状放电。而多针-平板电极DBD融合针尖的电晕效应

使得放电空间中呈现扩散圆锥形放电。筛网电极DBD可以实现大气压辉光放电（APGD）

放电更加均匀

放电空间内看不到放电细丝的存在。

Abstract

The dielectric barrier discharge characteristics of three electrode configurations

plate-plate

multineedle-plate and mesh

are studied and compared and distinguished by means of measured voltage-current oscillograms and discharge photos. Based on discharge mechanism

the experiment results are analyzed. Results show that: the plate-plate DBD displays filamentary discharge mode and the the multineedle-plate DBD displays diffuse conical mode and the mesh electrodes DBD expresses homogeneous discharge mode without filament

which can be used to obtain atmospheric pressure glow discharge .
