Not only the zero-sequence lumped parameters of the transmission lines but also the distributed ones are needed to measure. Through synchronous measuring the voltage and current on the ends of the lines

the lumped parameters can be calculated

and the distribute parameters considering the length of line and the length of the section with mutual inductance can be obtained. First

the distributed parameter model and the lumped parameter model of transmission line are given. Then

the conversion formulae between each other are also given. Based on them

this paper brings forward a method of zero-sequence distributed parameters measurement under operation. Finally

the simulating tests are carried out to prove this method.
