通过对一起电流互感器损坏事故进行检查及事故原因分析
提出造成该事故原因是电流互感器的质量问题
即由于气泡的存在导致局放量增加
最后引发击穿。为了避免类似事故的发生
应对电流互感器进行两档局放试验
对线电压下局放不合格的产品
要密切关注其运行情况
或作进一步的探伤检查;对于在1.2倍相电压下局放不合格的产品
建议退出运行;对发生过大电流短路故障的产品应作局放试验
对局放量偏大的产品
建议退出运行或作进一步的探伤检查。
In this paper
a CT accident is inspected
and the cause of the accident is analyzed. Air bubble in CT is considered to be the reason of the accident
which cause increase of the partial discharge (PD)
and induce breakdown. In order to avoid this kind of accident
PD test should be carried out. The products
which PD levels are not within the specified value under 1.2 times of the phase voltage
should be out of service. The products
which PD levels are not within the specified value under the line voltage
should be paid more attention to on its operation situation
or be made the further flaw inspection. The products
on which short circuit accident of large current occurred
the PD test should be carried out
and those
which PD level are within the specified value
should be out of service
or be made the further flaw inspection.
