摘要

针对新标准对断路器机械特性检测的要求提出一种断路器机械特性检测方案;介绍了硬件系统的总体设计及关键电路;在软件上对动作时间的确定及曲线比较给出实现算法。实验结果表明

该测试仪方便了新标准情况下的断路器机械特性的定性和定量分析

测试精度高达1%。

Abstract

A way to test mechanical characteristics of circuit breakers is put forward in accordance with the requirements of the new GB standard.The whole principle and key circuits of the hardware system are introduced.In software

algorithms are provided to ascertain action time and to compare the curve.The test results show that the test device can be conveniently used in qualitative and quantitative analysis of the mechanical characteristic under new GB standard

measure ment accuracy is up to 1%.
