摘要

相控开关的核心问题之一是最佳投切相位的确定

而最佳投切相位又与断路器的预击穿绝缘特性密切相关。针对断路器预击穿特性对最佳同步关合目标相位的影响

文中引入了关合系数k

并对其进行分类讨论

详细分析了断路器合闸时的预击穿物理过程

同时考虑到断路器动作时间分散性

得到了不同绝缘强度下降率（RDDS）与机械分散性条件下的最佳投切相位计算公式。

Abstract

One of the dominant factor in phase controlled switching is the determination of optimal switching phase

while the optimal switching phase is mainly affected by the pre-strike characteristics of the circuit breaker. According to the pre-strike phase associated with the mechanical scatters

the making factor k is introduced and discussed in classification

and the pre-strike physical process is analyzed in detail. The computing formulas of optimum switching phase are obtained as function of decrease rate of dielectric strength （RDDS） and mechanical scatters.
