振动法在线检测电力变压器有载调压开关触头状况的可行性研究
摘要
以一台SYJZZ型有载调压开关为研究对象
分析振动信号与OLTC的触头状况之间的关系。首先分析了OLTC动作过程与振动信号在时间上的对应关系
提取出正常信号的基本特征
并找出与故障信号的区别
进而分析故障信号的原因。比较振动信号的分析结果与实际故障的检测结果
得出振动法检测变压器有载调压开关是一种有效可行的方法。
Abstract
In this paper
an on-load tap-changer
of type of SYJZZ
was studied. The correlations between vibration signal and contact condition were analyzed to extract the traits of normal signal
and get the discrepancies of fault signal and normal signal
eventually analyze the causes of fault signal. By verifying the results derived from vibration signal analysis
it is concluded that vibration method is an effective and practical way to assess the contact condition of OLTC.
