箔式电抗器电磁分析及降低功耗的研究
摘要
应用有限元法对空心、半铁心、半封闭铁心、全封闭铁心4种结构的箔式电抗器涡流场进行了仿真分析
分别计算出了磁场分布和铜箔片中的电流密度分布及交流损耗
找出了造成挤流效应的因素和减小损耗的途径
在计算分析的基础上
提出了一种低功耗箔式电抗器的新型结构。
Abstract
The eddy current fields of four kinds of foil-wound reactors with different type cores are analyzed by FEM. The magnetic field distribution and current density in the foils and losses in the windings are calculated. The cause of skin-effect has been founded. Based on the calculation
a method for reducing winding loss and a new type of reactor is proposed.
