A pulse voltage generator based on Tesla transformer technology is developed.The high voltage pulse transformer and the automatic switches are designed and tested.The output amplitude is adjustable continuously from60kV to200kV.The output waveform is of half-sine wave with approximate6μs width.The current-limiting resistor is in the range of2～17kΩ.The automatic switches are safe

reliable to meet the requirement of pulse power technology application research.
