纳秒级高压脉冲下变压器油中沿面闪络特性的实验研究

介绍了影响固体绝缘材料在变压器油中沿面放电特性的主要因素。分别进行了变压器油中尼龙6
有机玻璃在不同脉冲宽度、脉冲速度和不同电极夹角下沿面放电特性的实验研究
并且与直流、工频和雷电波条件下的沿面放电情况进行了比较。实验发现
相对于直流、工频和雷电波条件
纳秒级脉冲下材料在变压器油中的沿面击穿场强会大幅度的提高。在试样与电极夹角约45°时
绝缘材料的沿面击穿场强最高。对重频纳秒脉冲作用下材料在变压器油中的沿面闪络特性做了初步的实验。
Abstract
In this paper
main influential factors on dielectric surface discharge in transformer oil are discussed. Many experiments are carried out in the lab. The surface discharge characteristics of nylon 6 and organic glass in transformer oil under different conditions such as pulse width
pulse repetition rate and angle between electrode and sample
have been obtained. It is indicated that electric field stress of surface flashover under nanosecond pulse is much more higher than that under DC and AC. When angle between electrode and sample is around 45°
the surface flashover stresses of nylon 6 and organic glass are the highest. Some experiments under repetitive nanosecond pulses are performed
