摘要

介绍了小电容试品———互感器和电容式套管介质损耗测量时

出现偏小有时甚至负值的原因和现场测量结果。建议在现场进行这类试品的介质损耗测量时

必须注意将电桥或介损仪的接地点与被试品接地法兰或底座相连接。

Abstract

The readings of meter show smaller than usual

even negative sometimes

when measuring on-site the dielectric loss of small capacitive objects such as potential transformer and capacitive bushing. This paper gives the reasons and the solutions. It is suggested that when making field measurement of the dielectric loss of such objects

the instrument be connected to the flange or the base of the object to be earthed.
