The study on the factors that influence the charge transport in discharge regime of dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) has made it possible to optimize the design of discharge reactors and to improve the operation efficiency of the discharge in practical use. In this paper
with the equipment set up in laboratory
the influences of the applied voltage
the gas gap distance
and the thickness and dielectric permittivity of the barriers on the charge transport in DBD regime are studied. Results show that the value of transported charge per one cycle increases with the increasing of applied voltage and dielectric permittivity of the barrier
and decreases with the increasing of gas gap distance and the thickness of barrier.
