对反应器的结构、催化剂等制约放电等离子体产生、反应过程和特性的重要因素进行了分析评述。结合应用

说明电场分析研究法在放电等离子体反应器研究中的重要地位。

Abstract

The construction of reactor and catalyzer etc.are analysed and reviewed which are important factors to affect the discharge plasma creation

reaction process and its characteristics.It is indicated that the electric field analysis can be used for improving and optimizing the construction of reactors.With some typical analysis of electric field of reactors

it is demonstrated that electric field analysis method plays an important role in the research of nonthermal plasma reactor.
