the distributions of the temperature and flow field are derived for a cable transformer coil by solving the finite element equations.Based on this
the thermal circuit model with distribution parameters is built up.The temperature distribution is provided by using this model corresponding to various loads.The model is also proved to be valid through the comparison between the calculation results and the measurement results.The study provides a feasible way to investigate the temperature characteristics for the cable transformer.
