脉冲电压处理染料废水
摘要
研究了脉冲电压应用于处理染料废水的可行性以及处理效果。结果表明
处理过程中
合理的电导率对色度的去除起决定作用。试验确定的染料废水的脉冲电压处理条件为:脉冲幅值700V
脉宽4~10μs
频率50Hz
电导率在9mS/cm以上。经过10min处理后
色度去除率可达78%以上。从紫外和可见光谱图可以看出
脉冲电压处理10min后
染料的发色基团基本被破坏
染料浓度大幅度下降。
Abstract
Feasibility and effect of treating the dyeing wastewater by impulse voltage are studied in this article. The results show that colority removal of dy e effluents can reach 78% with the conductivity more than 9 mS/cm after 10 minut es under the impulse voltage with 700 V in the peak
4~10 ìs in the width
fre quency of 50 Hz. From the spectrum of the ultraviolet radiation and visible ligh t
it can be found that the radix of dyes has been destroyed
and the concentrat ion of dyes decreased greatly after 10 minutes.
