a non contacted digital sensor which can be used on temperature measurement of high voltage power equipment is designed. The methods of signal’s amplification
filtering and transmission as well as the design of sensor’s shell and the calibration of sensor are introduced. The developed sensor has solved the problem of high voltage isolation with preferable ability of EMC.
