Abstract
A new on line insulation diagnostic method
synthetic relative measuring method is presented in this paper.It mainly aims at the problems existing in on line monitoring the dielectric loss factor of capacitive type apparatus. The measured results in laboratory and on site prove that
many influences can be eliminated effectively
and the measuring accuracy can be increased greatly when using this method.
