A new type of high frequency high voltage DC generator that can be applied to electrostatic precipitation is developed. The power supply utilizes the structure which is the combination of the DC adjustable high voltage generator and the variable voltage high frequency square generator. So the output voltage of power supply is always lower than the discharge voltage that generates the spark
which ensures the effect of precipitator. The performance of this kind of high voltage DC power supply is superior to the conventional one.
