根据世界范围的经验

指出交流电压试验配合灵敏的局放测量是最好的试验方法。讨论了传统的局放测量方法和其它诊断方法的有效性和存在的问题

指出如果局放测量的灵敏度足够

则交流电压试验配合局放测量将成为唯一的现场试验方法

Abstract

The paper presents situation and experience of on site tests for GIS. On the basis of worldwide experience of on site tests

it is stated that AC voltage test combined with a sensitive PD measurement is the best solution. The effectiveness and the open questions concerning the traditional PD measurement and other diagnostic methods are discussed. If sensitivity of PD measurement is enough

AC voltage test combined PD measurement should be unique method for on-site test.
