摘要

根据IEC60—2及GB/T16927.2标准的要求

介绍了用于冲击测量系统比对试验用的300kV标准测量系统。在100kV冲击全波、截波下比对测量的不确定度结果可溯源到PTB的300kV标准测量系统的不确定度;同时给出了其实验阶跃响应参数。结果表明该标准测量系统的性能满足上述标准的要求

可作为国内开展冲击电压比对测量传递用的标准测量系统。

Abstract

According to the IEC60 - 2 and GB/T16927. 2 standard

this paper introduces a 300kV standard impulse voltage measuring system of which the in-tercomparison measurement （ICM） results under 100kV full and chopped ligyting impulse voltages could be traced to the uncertainty of another 300kV standard impulse voltage measuring system presented by PTB. Meanwhile

the experimental step respose parameters of such a measuring system are also presented. The results show that the properties of the standard measuring system meet the requirements specified in the above standards and can be taken to circulate for domestic ICM.
