定量地给出了电极面积的变化对击穿概率的影响、即所谓的面积效应
导出了击穿累积概率随电极面积而变化的关系。
Abstract
It is known that the electrical breakdown occurring in a vacuum interrupterdepends on the electrode area
which is described as area effect. Considering the concept of weak point
with taking into account the distribution of weak points on the electrode surface
this area effect is quantitatively analyzed in the cases of uniform and non-uniform field respectively. The correlation between the electrode area and the cumulative probability of electrical breakdown is derived.
