摘要

分析了CuCr触头材料等离子熔炼工艺的特点

详细介绍了等离子炬的设计和熔炼实验系统。熔炼试验的初步研究结果表明

采用等离子熔炼工艺可以获得比常规粉末冶金法更为细密的组织结构。

Abstract

The properties of arc melting techniques for CuCr contact materials are analysd. The design of plasma torch and the arc melting system are described in detail. Priliminary results obtained by this system show that

arc melting process will result in a fine grain size in comparison with conventional powder metallurgical process.
