In this paper

we analysed firstly the electrode states in process of breaking current and their effects to the breaking capacity

then the closing characteristic

based on both of the theoretical and experimental investigations

we give out the discussions about the expected movement characteristics

which can improve surface condition of electrode after breaking high current

and shorten the average arcing time in some extent.
