摘要

介绍一种室温固化硅氟聚合物（RTVSIF）长效防污闪涂料

用它喷涂后的瓷绝缘子表面具有优异的润滑性和很强的憎水性

从而可以显著提高绝缘子的耐污性能。通过人工加速光老化试验、涂层电性能试验、绝缘子人工污秽试验、自然污秽试验和挂网试运行

表明RTVSIF是一种理想的防污闪涂料。

Abstract

In the paper a Room Temperature Vulcanizing Silicofluoric （RTVSIF） polymer as a long time anti-pollution flashover coating is presented. RTVSIF polymer painted and solidified on the surface of porcelain insulator can increase the insulator pollution performance obviously because of the excellent lu-bri city and hydrophobicity of the coating. It is confirmed that the RTVSIF polymer is a kind of ideal anti- pollution coatings through the artificial expedite lighting ageing test

natural pollution flashover test and so on.
